MADE TO ORDER
All our products are made to order just for you. This means we don't hold any stock except for raw materials.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As each item that we sell is either custom made or made-to-order, we only accept refunds and returns if the item that you received was either faulty or not the item that you ordered.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason we need to be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this time-period, the production will have started and the order can no longer be canceled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@karuofficial.com and send your item to: Tt. Vasumweg 40H7, 1033SC Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Take pictures of any possible defects.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Postage is paid by the customer.
NOTE: Sample sale, customized or bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Lost Packages
In the case of a misplaced or lost package in the care of our chosen carrier, you are entitled to store credit for the value of the lost items.
If a package is lost, we will start an investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier has marked the package as lost, you will receive a voucher for the purchase amount in your email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
